Don Lindsey / President and CEO / Precision Machine and Manufacturing

Precision Machine & Manufacturing specializes in developing high-quality, application-specific solutions for the material handling industry’s toughest applications.

“Over the past few decades I have utilized OMEP’s services to streamline manufacturing operations, and breathe life back into ineffective and broken manufacturing systems. I firmly believe that OMEP is the single greatest resource in the state for Oregon-based manufacturing companies.

It’s a great honor to be able to give back and to be a part of the team that is helping to lead OMEP into the future. My hope is that I might be a small part in helping to introduce other Oregon based companies to the business saving methodologies that OMEP provides!”

Karla Lawrence / CEO / Zuniga Foods LLC

Zuñiga’s hand-diced salsa is finely crafted with fresh ingredients and customizable heat levels, offering a personal, homemade taste that blends the subtle flavors of Old Mexico with contemporary preferences.

“Zuniga has grown 70% in 3 years, is currently in 4 states, in over 160 grocery locations and sells wholesale to a large restaurant chain with 25 locations. Zuniga has been fortunate to have met and worked with people from the industry who have mentored and guided her along the way. One of which is OMEP. I am grateful for all that OMEP has taught, provided, and assisted thus far. I look forward to the opportunity to continue to grow both personally and professionally and achieve great new things for Zuniga Foods.”

Serving on the board is a privilege, as it allows me to support a mission that aligns with my beliefs and to contribute, even in a small way, to guiding this purpose-driven organization. I am honored to work alongside top-tier professionals dedicated to supporting industry and the Oregon business community.
