Four Manufacturing Professionals Join OMEP Team

Portland, Ore. – The Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership (OMEP) today announced four new additions to its team. The new team members will support companies across the state in a variety of manufacturing-related industries. New OMEP staff members include:

  • Tracy Camp, Manufacturing Consultant, has more than 15 years of experience helping companies achieve operational goals through lean implementation and quality improvement. Most recently, he worked in high tech specializing in continuous improvement.
  • Dave Davidson, Manufacturing Consultant, has more than 29 years of executive and consulting experience, specializing in supply chain efficiency. His career includes 22 years in the United States Air Force where he developed an advanced background in financial analysis, contracts, systems and project management, and innovative supply chain policy.
  • John Hunt, Manufacturing Consultant, joins OMEP with 10 years of manufacturing experience. His range of skills includes process engineering, quality engineering and manufacturing management. Most recently, Hunt worked as an engineering manager in high tech.
  • Derek Lindahl, Manufacturing Consultant, brings 18 years of manufacturing, engineering and management experience to the OMEP team. He excels in maintenance management, process improvement and innovation in machining, fabricating and assembly. Most recently, he worked in the industrial equipment industry in maintenance management.
