OMEP’s Strategic Workforce Solutions includes an onsite organizational assessment and employee engagement survey, followed by four dynamic group sessions focusing on the entire employee lifecycle.
In addition to the group sessions, each company will work with an OMEP consultant for up to six individualized sessions to develop their workforce strategy plan
A minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 participants from each company is recommended (preferred representation from Leadership and HR). Supervisors, Managers, and Manufacturing Floor Employees are all encouraged to attend.
