9Wood is a custom manufacturer of custom suspended wood ceilings for the commercial construction industry. Ceilings are manufactured specifically for each unique project. Produced 100% make-to-order, nothing is made in advance. 98% of orders ship on or before the day promised.
Guided factory tour with several work centers showing their Toyota Kata Storyboard and demonstrating how their continuous improvement efforts have positively impacted flow and productivity in their operations.
