Business Oregon
Business Oregon works with manufacturers to help them with export market development—and can also provide assistance with finance options, loans, or employee training.
City of Beaverton Economic Development Department
The City of Beaverton Economic Development Department provides site selection/relocation assistance, financial incentives such as enterprise zones, market research/intelligence, export market development, workforce assistance, permitting guidance, and startup support.
Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO)
EDCO mentors and advises promising, scalable young companies with support from concept to exit on issues such as access to capital, critical expertise, and strategy.
Greater Portland Inc
Greater Portland Inc is the region’s economic development partnership, collaboratively driving economic expansion and job growth.
Hillsboro Economic Development Department
The City of Hillsboro offers assistance with site location and acquisition, business financing, incentives, market research, permit and process facilitation, policy advocacy, workforce assistance, and business expansion and relocation.
McMinnville Economic Development (MEDP)
The McMinnville Economic Development Partnership is dedicated to introducing local businesses to the help they need to prosper – from starting, relocating, or expanding a business, to hiring or training a team.
Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments
Through a combination of conventional financing and/or public sector loan programs, Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments assists manufacturers with available financing options for expansion and capital expenditures.
Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN)
OEN helps Oregon entrepreneurs start up and scale up.

Portland General Electric (PGE) can help your business succeed whether you need to expand or change your electrical service, or save energy and monitor how you use it. PGE also offers energy classes to help you and your employees save energy, and work safely around electricity.
Portland Made
Portland Made is a self-sustaining collective of makers, artisans and manufacturers that advocates and supports its members by providing education and marketing, a shared resource hub, and a brand that promotes their products locally and globally.
Prosper Portland (Formerly PDC)
Prosper Portland focuses on building an equitable economy by carrying out a comprehensive range of economic development programs that support small business, improve access to workforce training, and create jobs for Portland residents.
SBDC
The Oregon Small Business Development Center Network provides advising, training, online courses and resources for businesses throughout our state. 19 conveniently-located Centers and 42 locations assist business people in every aspect of business development and management.
SCOED
SCOED’s builds collaboration between private, public, and community entities to support wealth creation. SCOED helps to create and retain jobs, raise income levels, diversify the economy, and improve the quality of life to attract jobs.
SEDCOR
SEDCOR is the lead economic development entity for Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley, and leverages public and private partnerships to aggressively retain and attract high value jobs and capital investment to the region.
SOBIG
The SOBIG Mission is to help business prosper in Southern Oregon through mentorship and collaboration, continuous improvement principles, an improved business climate, and community prosperity as a whole.
South Willamette Economic Development Corporation
The South Willamette Economic Development Corporation is the official source of economic development and business information for Eugene, Springfield and Lane County Oregon.
Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI)
SOREDI develops and nurtures economic partnerships among private, community, and public entities to build employment opportunities, diversify the economy, and promote job creation with wages higher than the regional average.
Team Oregon Advanced Manufacturing
Team Oregon supports the retention, expansion, and recruitment of advanced manufacturing businesses, and offers expertise in export, financing & incentives, property searches, training, and many others areas.

Clackamas Workforce Partnership (formerly WICCO) advocates for workforce development within Clackamas County and the State of Oregon, by developing a highly skilled workforce that creates sustained economic prosperity.

MicroEnterprise Resources, Initiatives & Training (MERIT) is a non-profit organization working to address the root causes of poverty by empowering economically, socially, and physically challenged individuals to increase self-sufficiency and build personal assets.
MilTech
MilTech is a Department of Defense Technology Transition Partnership Intermediary. Their mission is to accelerate the transition of new technology to the U.S. Warfighter. Since 2004 MilTech has performed over 150 technology acceleration and transition projects for every military service including joint and special commands.
Northwest Oregon Works (NOW)
Northwest Oregon Works (NOW) is the designated local workforce board for Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, and Benton Counties. Established in July of 2015, the ONWIB is committed to developing a strategic plan over the coming months to meet the workforce needs of the businesses, individuals, and communities
Rogue Workforce Partnership
The Rogue Workforce Partnership is a business-led coalition that works to strengthen the economy of the Rogue Valley. Our focus is on building innovative solutions to address the workforce priorities and needs of employers, especially those in traded-sector industries that drive our region’s economic growth.
SW Oregon Workforce Investment Board
Comprised of business, economic development, education, labor and community action representatives, SOWIB works with these partners and others to formulate strategies for workforce development in the Coos, Curry, Douglas County area.

The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International is the world’s largest nonprofit organization devoted exclusively to advancing the unmanned systems and robotics community. Serving more than 7,500 members from government organizations, industry and academia, AUVSI is committed to fostering, developing, and promoting unmanned systems and robotics technologies. AUVSI members support defense, civil and commercial sectors.
